商品描述 High purity, low viscosity Arabinoxylan (Wheat Flour) for use in in the assay of endo-1,4-xylanase. This product is produced specifically for use as a substrate for the measurement of endo-1,4-β-xylanase activity using reducing sugar methods (Nelson-Somogyi and DNSA procedures). Arabinoxylan is an excellent alternative to Xylan (Beechwood). Purity: > 95%. Viscosity: ~ 7 cSt. Ara: Xyl = 38:62.
