PhusionT High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase utilizes a unique fusion technology. This exciting new technology provides accuracy and speed previously unattainable with any thermostable DNA polymerase. Quantitative PCR, in which amplification of the DNA target molecule is monitored in real time, is a growing trend. Finnzymes has also been working several years in the field of transposon technology. TGST, MGST, and STOPT Kits are innovative MuA-based transposon products developed to facilitate DNA sequencing and functional analysis of proteins.

Gene silencing, by using small interfering RNA molecules, has become a widely used tool to study gene expression and networks of gene function. Finnzymes is proud to introduce novel tools for RNA research. The ReplicatorT RNAi Kit employs a method using an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase to generate a large amount of dsRNA. The resulting dsRNA can be cleaved to produce a pool of siRNAs.
