AB1558 inhibits binding of [3H]YM-09152-2, a known D2R antagonist and (125)I-NAPS, a photoligand. It inhibits binding of [3H]YM-09152-2 and PPHT-fluorescein (an agonist of D2R) and reacts with 110 kDa D2R band in fibroblasts transfected with rat D2R cDNA. AG284 is available for blocking experiments; AG284 is not recommended as a positive control for western blots.
