Preparation: The antibody was purified from ascites by affinity chromatography.Storage: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C.
Usage
This immunoglobulin has been tested by HPLC, SDS-PAGE, and ELISA to assure purity and isotype. Because MOPC-320 mAb is purified from ascites, it may not be suitable for use as a standard in quantitative ELISA. Since applications vary, each investigator must determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.
