Preparation and Storage

The antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated FITC. The conjugate should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

Usage

This antibody conjugate has been tested by immunofluorescent staining ( 1 µg/million cells) with flow cytometric analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since applications vary, each investigator must determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.
