Preparation and Storage

The antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with biotin under optimum conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotin. The conjugate should be stored undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze.

Usage

This antibody conjugate has been tested by immunofluorescent staining ( 1 mg/10⁶ cells) with flow cytometric analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. We have found that the use of Fc Block™ (anti-mouse CD16/CD32 mAb 2.4G2, Cat. no. 553141/553142) reduces the non-specific staining of non-NK cells by this biotin conjugate.² This antibody is not useful for immunohistochemical staining of frozen sections.² Since applications vary, each investigator must determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.
