Preparation and Storage

The antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with biotin under optimum conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotin. The conjugate should be stored undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze.

Usage

This antibody has been tested by immunofluorescent staining ( 1 mg/million cells) with flow cytometric analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. To minimize non-specific staining via Fc receptors, we recommend the use of Mouse Fc Block™ (anti-mouse CD16/CD32 mAb 2.4G2, Cat. no. 553141/553142). Since applications vary, each investigator must determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.
