R-PE-conjugated immunoglobulin in 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.2 with 150 mM NaCl and 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide.

Preparation and Storage

Preparation: The antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with R-PE under optimum conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated antibody.Storage: The conjugate should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light.

Usage

This antibody conjugate has been tested by immunofluorescent staining ( 1 µg/million cells) with flow cytometric analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Mouse Fc Block™ should not be used when staining with JY/93 mAb. Since applications vary, each investigator must determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.
