Purified antibody buffered in PBS (pH 7.2) with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide.

Usage

This reagent is effective for indirect immunofluorescence staining of human tissue for flow cytometric analysis. Since applications vary, however, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

Preparation and Storage

Preparation: The antibody is purified from tissue culture supernatant by Protein G affinity chromatography.Storage: Store at 4° C.

Caution

Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
