Stemcell 18684HLA EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood Lymphoid Positive Selection Kit 旨在通过阳性选择从白膜或全血中分离CD3+和CD19+细胞。期望得到的细胞有针对性被CD3，CD19和葡聚糖包覆的磁性粒子的四聚体抗体复合物瞄准。该抗体结合在双特异性四聚体抗体复合物上。在混合物中还包含人Fc受体，以减少非特异性结合的抗体。EasySep™ 人白细胞抗原全血淋巴阳性选择试剂盒用EasySep™磁铁分离，Stemcell 18684HLA EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood Lymphoid Positive Selection Kit 不使用列标记的细胞。感兴趣的细胞保持在管内，同时不需要的细胞倒出。 在B细胞上表达CD19抗原的同时，CD3抗原表达在T细胞和NK细胞。
