The F(ab')2 fragments are obtained by pepsin digestion and conjugated with digoxigenin-N-hydroxy-succinimide ester and stabilized in buffer. PURIFICATION: The sheep-lgG is purified by ion exchange chromatography and the specific IgG was isolated by immunosorption. Cross-reacting antibodies were removed by further affinity chromatography using human-Ig and bovine Ig coupled to a solid phase. View All» Specificity: The reaction profile of the antibody was examined in an ELISA sandwich system, where the same antibody was used for coating and, labeled with digoxigenin, also for detection. According to this assay, the antibody reacts with mouse Ig classes IgA, IgG, IgM and the mouse IgG subclasses IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3 as well as with the l- and k- chain. Cross-reactivity was determined with normal sera, diluted 1:10, of various animal species.
