Corning 冻存管 产品介绍：

Corning冻存管由聚丙烯制造，有三种不同类型：外旋螺纹冻存管、内旋螺纹冻存管和外旋螺纹密封盖。冻存管有圆底和锥形底两种，都可自行站立。管身标有黑色刻度方便样品填充和鉴别。有不同颜色的管盖嵌套可供选择（#430499）。Cornign冻存管有硅胶垫圈保证密封，管瓶经过伽马射线灭菌，鉴定为无热原，无DNase/RNase活性。

内旋盖冻存管适合放在气相液氮中来冻存样品，内旋盖中的硅胶垫圈可增强密封性。外旋盖冻存管适合在机械冷冻装置或冰箱中使用，外旋螺纹可有效降低污染机率。

需特别注意的是：Corning冻存管在使用的时候务必不要放在液相液氮中来存储样品，那样可能会发生意外情况。只可存储在液化气体以上的气相中。另外将冻存管从低温冷冻系统取出时一定要做好的必要保护措施，如配戴面罩和手套等。
