mTeSR™1培养基 产品介绍：

mTeSR™1培养基是一种化学成份明确的无血清完全培养基，设计用于无饲养层细胞维护和培养扩增未分化人胚胎干细胞。mTeSR™1也可用于诱导和维持人诱导多能干细胞。成份完备的mTeSR™1（基础培养基+5X补充培养基）包含重组人成纤维细胞生长因子（rh bEGF）和重组人转化因子（rh TGF）。使用时不需要添加其它生长因子。mTeSR™1培养基适合与BD Matrigel™ Hesc-qualified Matrix人胚胎干细胞基质（BD Catalog#354277）一起使用。

虽然说现在已经具备培养人ES和iPS细胞的基础技术，但培养过程中仍然有很多限制。尤其是，许多细胞系培养使用鼠胚胎成纤维细胞（MEF）无饲养层培养基和含血清培养基或其它动物源培养基。MEF需要添加必要的生长因子或去除抑制因子实现细胞自我更新。除此之外，连续使用含饲养层和动物源成份会阻碍临床应用的发展，主要包括：a) 存在具有免疫活性物质；b) 传播动物病毒或感染蛋白质；c) 未知成份难于控制。而mTeSR™1培养基可以克服上述限制，mTeSR™1化学成份明确，不含有饲养层或动物源成份，适合人ES和iPS细胞分化增殖，提供最佳的细胞培养条件，包含支持细胞自我更新和维持细胞多能性所需要的所有代谢物，细胞活素和生长因子。是培养人胚胎干细胞和多能干细胞的最佳选择。
