  View All» Application Notes: Western blotting: 1:200-1:1000 using ECL on rat kidney membranes. Immunohistochemistry on rat kidney sections. Dilutions should be made using a carrier protein such as BSA (1-3%). Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
