If the isolate is positive with Echovirus 30 MAB or both Echovirus 30 and Echovirus 4 MABs then the isolate can be presumptively identified as Echovirus 30. If the isolate is only positive with Echovirus 4 MAB then the isolate can be presumptively identified as Echovirus 4. Suggested starting dilution for indirect immunofluorescence is 1:1000.
