Each slide has five positive wells, each containing cells infected with a different echovirus (echovirus 4, echovirus 6, echovirus 9, echovirus 11 and echovirus 30) and five uninfected (negative) wells. Slides are provided in individually sealed foil pouches containing desiccant. Minimal cross-reactivity can be observed with this product. View All» Storage Conditions: Store sealed slides at 2-8° C. Do not use slides past the expiration date printed on the label. Do not expose to elevated temperatures. Allow slides to come to room temperature prior to opening. WARNINGS / PRECAUTIONS: Precaution: Etiological agents which may be present on these specimens have been treated to render them noninfectious. However because no method can offer complete assurance that all organisms are nonviable handle all control slides and materials coming in contact with them as potentially infectious materials.
