Clone - Description

The CD13 antibody recognizes aminopeptidase N, a 150- to 170-kDa single-chain integral membrane glycoprotein. Aminopeptidase N is thought to be involved in the metabolism of regulatory peptides by diverse cell types, including macrophages, granulocytes, small intestinal and renal tubular epithelial cells, and synaptic membrane prepared from cells of the central nervous system.
