BD Multi-Check Control is a stabilized preparation of normal peripheral blood for use as a complete process control for immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. BD Multi-Check can be prepared in the same manner as whole blood and is a control for antibody staining, red blood cell (RBC) lysis, instrument setup and performance, and data analysis. The product includes expected lot-specific ranges for common surface marker-defined populations such as CD3⁺, CD3⁺CD4⁺, CD3⁺CD8⁺, CD3^-CD19⁺, CD3^-CD16⁺/56⁺, and CD3⁺HLA-DR⁺ lymphocytes.
