金山科研平台，产品价格货期咨询微信：jinshanbio 描述 ZOOM® 2D Protein Solubilizers are ready-to-use detergent-chaotrope blends that enhance solubilization of the most difficult proteins, including hydrophobic and membrane proteins, and improve resolution and detection of novel proteins by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Simply prepare your sample with the 2D Protein ZOOM® Solubilizers and apply them directly in your 2DE system using ZOOM® Strips (e.g., 3-10L, 3-10NL, 9-12, or others). The 1.1X ZOOM® 2D Protein Solubilizer solutions are comprised of proprietary detergent blends in deionized, 0.2-micron-filtered 7.7 M urea and 2.2 M thiourea. These blends:

Save time and eliminate preparation errors—there's no need to measure, mix solid reagents, and deionize the chaotropes

Provide reproducible results—the ZOOM® 2D Solubilizers are optimized to provide consistent quality and minimize artifacts

Retain protein solubility—extracted protein suspensions can be directly applied to IPG strips and remain at full chaotrope concentration throughout protein separation in the first dimension

Better Extraction of Proteins than Traditional UTCSolubilize more proteins from cells or tissues using the ZOOM® 2D Solubilizer than the commonly used 7 M urea, and 2 M thiourea, and 4% CHAPS (UTC) solution as assessed by 2DE and staining with SimplyBlue™ SafeStain (Figure 1). Data reveals new and more intense spots that are highly resolved with less streaking for the samples extracted with both of the ZOOM® 2D Solubilizers. In fact, the new membrane ion channel proteins, ompF (black arrowhead), a porin, and ompA (red arrowhead), are seen only in the ZOOM® 2D Solubilizer extracts. 详细说明常用规格

The ZOOM® 2D Protein Solubizers are offered together as a kit (Solubilizer Kit) or individually (Solubilizer 1 or Solubilizer 2). Store at -20°C. Guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored.
