NuPAGE® Novex Tris-Acetate gels can also be run with Tris-Glycine Native Running Buffer to resolve native proteins more effectively than the Tris-Glycine gel system.NuPAGE® Novex Tris-Acetate Midi-Gels (8 x 13 cm) can run up to 26 samples. The NuPAGE Midi-Gels run in the XCell4 Surelock™ Midi-Cell and, with a Midi Gel Adapter, can run in a Bio-Rad Criterion Cell.Formulation: NuPAGE® Novex Tris-Acetate gels are made with high-purity, strictly quality-controlled reagents: Tris base, acetic acid, acrylamide, bis-acrylamide, TEMED, APS, and highly purified water.
