This product is designed with 380 TaqMan® Gene Expression Assays arrayed in singletons in 384 wells (plus 1 control arrayed in quadruplicate) and is compatible with an upgraded Applied Biosystems 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System. The targets include retinal receptors, small molecule receptors, chemokine receptors and others including classic endogenous control targets. GPCR Panels are sold in packs of 4. The GPCR targets selected fall into the 50 subfamilies listed, many of which are drug targets or disease associated —odorant, olfactory, gustatory or pheromone receptors are not included. The array is pre-formatted and inventoried, cost-effective, convenient and easy to use without needing expensive robotics.
