Designed for convenience, AmpliTaq Gold® PCR Master Mix scales to various reaction volumes for greater application and format flexibility. AmpliTaq For even better performance, we also offer the new Applied Biosystems® AmpliTaq Gold® 360 Master Mix. This mix includes AmpliTaq Gold® 360 DNA Polymerase, which compared to AmpliTaq Gold® DNA Polymerase, is purified by an additional proprietary separation process to eliminate contaminating bacterial DNA sequences from the enzyme preparation. This mix also includes the enhanced 360 Gold Buffer. When combined with the purified enzyme, the 360 Gold Buffer reduces false positive results, amplifies low-level target sequences, and promotes amplification of a variety of templates.
