The Lumio™ tag is a small (six amino acid) sequence that binds a fluorescent substrate, allowing you to visually detect protein localization in mammalian cells. 内容及储存 Mammalian Lumio™ Gateway® Vectors include 6 µg pcDNA™6.2/nLumio™-DEST, 6 µg pcDNA™ 6.2/cLumio™-DEST™, 10 µg pcDNA™6.2/nLumio™-GW/p64 control vector, and the indicated Lumio™ In-Cell Detection Kit. The Lumio™ In-Cell Detection Kits include 40 µl of Lumio™ Green or Red (Dual contains both Green and Red) fluorescent reagent as a 2 mM stock solution in DMSO. Store all reagents at -20°C. Guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored.
