All you have to do is add template and primers, reducing set-up time by half (Figure 1). Platinum® PCR SuperMix is for high-specificity DNA amplification (1). High specificity is provided by a mixture of recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase and Platinum® monoclonal antibodies to Taq DNA Polymerase. Automatic "hot-start" improves the specificity of PCR.
