Immobilized human IGF2 at 10 µg/ml(100 µl/well) can biotinylated human IGFBP3-His. The ED₅₀ of can biotinylated human IGFBP3-His is 18 ng/ml. 2. Immobilized human IGF1 at 10 µg/ml(100 µl/well) can biotinylated human IGFBP3-His.
