This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Gln 208) of human FCGR3A (P08637-1), containing the 176 Phe/Val mutation, fused to a polyhistidine and AVI tags at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.Activity: Measured by its ability to bind recombinant human IgG1 in a functional ELISA.Formulation: PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 10% glycerol, and 0.02% Tween 80.
