This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the N-terminal segment (Met 1-Arg 342) of influenza A virus, subtype H5N1 (A/VietNam/1203/2004), HA1 subunit (AAW80717.1) fused to the His-tagged Fc region of mouse IgG1 at the C-terminus.Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower.
