Clone - Description

Anti-Human Interferon-γ (Anti-Hu–IFN-γ) recognizes a 20- to 25-kDa glycoprotein.Upon activation, IFN-γ is produced by CD8⁺ T-lymphocyte subsets, by the T_H0 and T_H1 subsets of CD4⁺ T lymphocytes, and by NK lymphocytes. IFN-γ is a multifunctional immunomodulator with antitumor and antiviral activity. IFN-γ is a pleiotropic cytokine instrumental in the regulation of immune and inflammatory processes, and it has a role in the differentiation and function of monocytes.
